Firm’s “bright future” attracts another high calibre solicitor

Up and coming City law firm ELS Legal has opened its doors to a new Commercial Real Estate Solicitor.

Marion Alice Silvey, previously of Nabarro LLP and SJ Berwin LLP, will join the ELS Legal property team having experience in leading multi-million pound commercial and residential transactions.

She specialises in providing commercial real estate advice for investor landlords, developers, and finance lenders and borrowers, and corporate support advice for international blue-chip clients.

In 2011, Marion worked on behalf of The Crown Estate, advising on their vast urban and agricultural estates, and with Hilton Worldwide in 2012, in relation to their European hotel real estate portfolio.

Commenting on her arrival, Richard Spector, ELS Managing Partner, said: “We are delighted to welcome Marion to the team. She brings with her a wealth of impressive legal experience, which our clientele will most definitely benefit from.”

Marion added: “ELS Legal is rising quickly through the ranks of the city’s best niche law firms, and has a bright and positive future ahead of it. I’m proud to now be a member of the team.”
