Richard Spector, managing partner at ELS Legal, recently appeared in Law360, the global legal industry publication, discussing the firm’s recent defence of a damages based agreement (DBA).
The DBA was written between ELS Legal and Harlequin Property, in its claim against a top 20 firm of accountants, Wilkins Kennedy.
