Richard Spector, managing partner at ELS Legal, has appeared in Accountancy magazine, the leading monthly UK magazine for chartered accountants.
Having recently settled the long-running Harlequin Property v Wilkins Kennedy claim, Richard was invited to comment on the details of the case.
The claim was funded entirely on a damages based agreement (DBA) – the largest of its kind, the first to go all the way to trial, and the first to be successfully defended when challenged in court.
