Firm’s “tenacity” attracts senior corporate consultant

ELS Legal, the City of London law firm, has welcomed law consultant Dan Abrams to its Corporate and Commercial department having experienced an “action-packed” year.

Dan, previously of K&L Gates LLP, is a highly experienced transactional and commercial advisory lawyer with an eye for complex commercial contracts.
