Richard Spector, Managing Partner at ELS Legal, has appeared in Costs Lawyer Magazine discussing the finer details of the recently settled Harlequin Property v Wilkins Kennedy claim.

Richard, now an expert in the subject, was invited to share his views and opinions on how DBAs can be improved to the benefit of the legal sector.
