Richard Spector, Managing Partner at ELS Legal, has appeared in Costs Lawyer Magazine discussing the finer details of the recently settled Harlequin Property v Wilkins Kennedy claim.
The claim was funded entirely by a damages based agreement (DBA) – the largest of its kind, the first to go all the way to trial, and the first to be successfully defended when challenged in court.
Richard, now an expert in the subject, was invited to share his views and opinions on how DBAs can be improved to the benefit of the legal sector.
