Caitlin Ferguson

Caitlin grew up in Canada and graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA Honours Degree in Political Science and History. She then decided to pursue a career in law and completed her LLB Law Degree at the University of Leeds when her parents relocated to the UK.  Following this she completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.

Caitlin qualified in 2017 and works in the real estate department.  She has dealt with high value property transactions and complex bridging lending transactions for international clients and companies.

She also has experience in commercial litigation and assisted senior partner Richard Spector in the high profile case of Harlequin Property (SVG) Limited and others v Wilkins Kennedy which included attending hearings in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Recent experience

Caitlin recently assisted Richard Spector and Matthew Beilin in a claim for fraudulent misrepresentation. The team successfully obtained summary judgment for excess of £2 million. Caitlin is currently assisting with enforcement proceedings.
