Richard Spector – Litigation department

Introducing tenacious litigator and property expert Richard Spector, Managing Partner of London law firm ELS Legal. Richard has been speculated as the number one expert in Damages based Agreements (DBAs) in the UK, following his recent involvement in Harlequin Property v Wilkins Kennedy – listed in the Lawyer’s top 20 cases of 2016.

Roger Coral – Residential and commercial property law
